About Me

I grew up playing competitive basketball in Vilnius, Lithuania. I represented the Lithuanian Junior National Team in several FIBA Championships, winning a silver medal at the 2008 European Championship. I then came to the U.S. to play Division I basketball at Dartmouth College. While there, I discovered computer vision and machine learning, and gradually moved from athletics into research. My background in sports still shapes how I approach research today, particularly my work on strategic reasoning, skill learning, and coaching.
